Mike did a superb job of explaining the features and benefits of the car both during the test drive and the delivery. This was so important because there is so much technology in the hybrid that it is very necessary to have someone show us how it all works, and Mike did a great job with that. The day we actually bought the car we met with Jamar to review the deal and complete the paperwork (PennDOT must own a paper mill because they require a lot of that) and he did a thorough and professional job laying-out and explaining the options for the available extended warranty and detail services as well as all the forms we had to sign. All in all we would highly recommend that if you plan to buy a Honda, go see Mike Weese at Bianchi. More
