Edward Moore was superb from our first conversation to the last document I signed. I told him recently out of all the years I’ve been buying cars I have never met a salesman as good as him. Due to the chip shortage and lack of cars on the lot, I decided to order my car which wasn’t an issue because the process was smooth and easy. It did take a while for the car to come in but I was ok with b decided to order my car which wasn’t an issue because the process was smooth and easy. It did take a while for the car to come in but I was ok with being patient. When the car arrived, the process again was smooth and quick. The car did come back from the manufacturer with the incorrect rims but the staff at Mercedes quickly corrected it and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely be purchasing another Mercedes in the future from Silver Spring. More

I have bought 2 Mercedes vehicles from Mr. James McDonald. The last purchase was a few years ago. Occasionally, I run into him when I come in for service and he is always friendly. On this occ James McDonald. The last purchase was a few years ago. Occasionally, I run into him when I come in for service and he is always friendly. On this occasion, I brought my vehicle in for service (battery issue) and the vehicle died while I was just across the street from the dealership. When I called the receptionist, my advisor was not in but I was told to call the Mercedes tow service which would have been a 45 minute wait. I called to see if James was there so he could advise me and to my surprise he offered to bring a jumper and he jump started my vehicle and I was able to save all that time. What a nice (great) gentleman (man) (human being) . I don’t know many, if any salesman who would go above and beyond long after the sale is over. I highly recommend him. More
