Communication from the service department is atrocious. Over the years I’ve had three recalls on two of my Lincoln navigators that required me to return them to the service department. This past Wednesday, August 10, 2022 my car was picked up for a recall. I was told the task would take about an hour and my car would be returned on Thursday. All day Thursday went by with no communication from the service department. I called Friday morning August 12, 2022 at 9:30 and talk to James who told me as we speak my car is being worked on. I told him how disappointed I was with the lack of communication from the previous day. Created a scenario that perhaps I was going on vacation the following day and needed my vehicle. Obviously nobody cared. More
