Although I leased my Lincoln from another dealer, i made an appt at Herb Chambers Norwood for service, couldn’t have been happier with my experience!! Jason was very accommodating even though it was obvious an appt at Herb Chambers Norwood for service, couldn’t have been happier with my experience!! Jason was very accommodating even though it was obvious they were very busy and understaffed. They diagnosed the problem in less than 2 hours and needed to order a part. I went back a few days later, my car was in and out in under 3 hours! I know where I’ll be going for my next lease, back to HC Norwood!!
