Despite my multiple attempts, calls, and messages they still do nothing and continue to be associated with the wrong account. So this is a clear message that they need to do something about it. More

It took GM longer than expected to provide parts but once they did my truck was repaired in no time. Ed Barnes, my service writer, was the best I have ever had in any service department.
