Awesome! I pulled in the service bay, was immediately greeted, paperwork was prepared and all I had to do for the next half hour (more or less) was to relax. Poor Service! We were going to buy a car, start the process on Saturday, left a deposit and come back on Monday to pick up the car with a cashiers check, because we We were going to buy a car, start the process on Saturday, left a deposit and come back on Monday to pick up the car with a cashiers check, because we were going to buy the car cash! The finance guys start asking very inappropriate/irrelevant and uncomfortable questions in regards the whole buying situation. Not to mention that we have to wait 1 hour to be seen by the finance guy! I hate playing the race card on but it literally felt like we’re discriminated:( sadly! on a business like this you always want or help out the community and treat people with respect and equality , this was not the case, I won’t recommend NO ONE to buy a car on this establishment. At any point in any type of business, anyone had to feel the way way we felt.... train your staff and teach them that people work for people and that we are here to serve with respect no matter who our customers are!!!! I do have to say sales man Jeff was always amazing, I do feel sorry for him that he have to work with people like that! More
