I had the most wonderful experience purchasing my first car from Toyota of Lancaster, and it was all thanks to Joshua, an exceptional salesman who went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect veh car from Toyota of Lancaster, and it was all thanks to Joshua, an exceptional salesman who went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect vehicle. As a first-time car buyer, I was naturally nervous, but Joshua's patience and dedication truly impressed me. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Joshua took the time to walk me through all of my options with great care and attention to detail. The dealership itself we have history as a client more than once and have not had a problem with the sales end they have always done a good job but unfortunately can not say the same about my families exp than once and have not had a problem with the sales end they have always done a good job but unfortunately can not say the same about my families experience previously with the service department. Highly recommend the sales end 100% they do an amazing job but I would not feel comfortable ever again even stepping foot in the service department and have avoided ever needing to go back to the service department within Toyota of Lancaster More

The salesman told me the car had Bluetooth and remote start. The financial person told me the extended warranty covered bumper to bumper. I drove home... they gave me no paperwork. I came back a few days start. The financial person told me the extended warranty covered bumper to bumper. I drove home... they gave me no paperwork. I came back a few days later. Another person in finance took my driver's license and said shouldn't have let me take the car cause she didn't see I had insurance. I did and I paid cash for the car. And the alternator and battery went bad about a month later. They made me pay $300 for another battery. They had a difficult time getting a used alternator from the Dodge dealer so it took days to fix it. Never buy a Dodge from Toyota. Not happy. If I didn't didn't $3000 for the extended warranty I'd consider trading it in since I expect it to break down again. I don't feel like they really fixed the alternator issue. I also purchased an additional fob. Melissa in the service department was awesome in getting that done. More
