I very much appreciate working with Nathan Makrakis as I purchased my new GX. He was very very prompt in reaching out to me, responding to my emails, texts, and voice messages. He carefully explained situations, carefully and completely answered my questions, worked to make a solid connection with me, asked his manager various questions to make sure he was giving me the proper information, etc. Nathan did not do a "hard sales press" on me and I very much appreciate that. He seems to be a good man, doing the best job he can for both his employer and his customer. I was very impressed with how he responded to me and worked with me. I believe that if/when I have concerns or questions or need help, Nathan will do what he can on my behalf. I have always appreciated the primary focus of Lexus on customer satisfaction and Nathan's work with me reflects well on himself and on Lexus. I am very glad to have worked with him. More
