Alex knew all the features of the RAV4 hybrid and was through and friendly in answering our questions. Alex made our time enjoyable, being gracious and good humored in conversation and discussion while we worked through getting a trade-in valued fairly and financing arranged. Jeff made us feel very well taken care of, kept things light, took time for conversation, and helped move the sales process along effortlessly. We never felt pressured and appreciated the opportunities provided to ask questions.
