I dropped my vehicle off with 954 miles. When I picked it up, it had 2,878 miles, yet Jeff states no one drove my vehicle. I own a Toyota, but I will never go to this location again. More

There was a long wait despite arriving at my appointment time. I was met with Bad attitudes and angry responses when I simply asked how long the service would take. Had to track down someone wondering around with my paperwork. The paperwork indicated that only 3 brake linings had been checkedThough the person on the phone was very friendly, it is unclear why he scheduled my appointment at such a busy time.. when my car was finished, at about 11:00 there was no line of cars waiting for service.I had said I could come in anytime. More

If you want to get hurt attack or high blood pressure then visit Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn is when you will realize, the vehicle amount you accept on is not what they put on paperwork and their financial managers can hurry you to sign documents using their tablets with different explanations if you asked them the details. They must give me $1500 rebates for Toyota rebate and college graduate rebate for Toyota Corolla 2022, however, they have their own calculation and it is not counted there. These rebates have never been calculated in my invoice and they added some additional costs instead. What they say over the phone (regarding the price) is completely different than what they say in the dealership. They always want to convince the customer over the phone. However, once I get there, they never fulfill their promises. They explicitly said that they wanted to sell their vehicles higher than MSRP price. It is unfortunate to say that I have contacted to the General Manager of this dealer and he re-emphasize that they were charging above MSRP due to chip shortage. He refused to refund me. The salesperson promised different things, such as cheap insurance, 3-year roadside assistance rather than 2-year roadside assistance, etc. But he did not take the insurance for me and did not fulfill his other promises. They added extra packaged to the vehicle, however, the prices of their packages in Toyota website are much cheaper than that. This dealer is not recommended. More
