It just gets better I have dealt with BMW of Sarasota for over 35 years. Any time I have owned a different vehicle, I just keep coming back to BMW. At BMW of Sarasota, they don’t take for granted that their technology is the best. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and dedicated to making sure that I was more than satisfied. Vehicles today are very smart, and some dealerships might let you get on the road uneducated, but here there is a team that works with you to be sure your first drive is not a trial by fire. More

Roy was great. Roy was great and ultra patient. Whatever I wanted to drive made it happen. Upper management want you to know they appreciate you with no pressure to Roy was great and ultra patient. Oil change Arrived on time for my 10:30 appointment and had to wait for 15 minutes for the service advisor. Then I had to wait for another 15 minutes while they Arrived on time for my 10:30 appointment and had to wait for 15 minutes for the service advisor. Then I had to wait for another 15 minutes while they processed the paperwork for my loaner which I had confirmed the day before. My experience was different than my expectations. . When I made the appointment I was told that is was about a one hour procedure in reality it was 2 1/4 hours. The service was an oil change and inspection. They also washed the exterior. More
