They always miss my oil change mileage sticker, they also always miss resetting my car to say when to come back for the oil change. I would think they would do a point inspection but clearly didn't since the always miss resetting my car to say when to come back for the oil change. I would think they would do a point inspection but clearly didn't since they missed an issue on the car. I think the repair team stinks. My last multiple experiences at the dealership service department has been terrible. This as rated as fair, but even though that might be high for this service visit it is much better than last 5 or so visits. More
