Walk in on Saturday the 29th of August and the dealership was extremely busy. We purchased our vehicle and was told it wouldn’t be that long of a wait! Well the wait was extremely long but worth it in the en was extremely busy. We purchased our vehicle and was told it wouldn’t be that long of a wait! Well the wait was extremely long but worth it in the end! The Business manager Jim Lewis was extremely informative! He did not try to rush us out to get to the next customer, he took his time and patiently answered all of our questions. He even helped us pick the right protections to make sure our new Lincoln would be covered. In the end our long wait paid off, we now have a beautiful Lincoln that is covered for the next 7 years and we have Jim to thank for that! If you want to be treated fairly and not get taking advantage of, make sure you ask for Jim Lewis, he is very genuine and truly looks out for his customers! He didn’t try to sell us the garbage that most dealers shove down your throat, he had differnet packages that covered us in different ways, he didn’t try to sell us something that we would never use! New car shopping for my wife. 4 years ago when she bought her last car at a different Herb Chambers dealership, the General Manager was very rude to my wife after the sale. After buying over 20 cars from Her her last car at a different Herb Chambers dealership, the General Manager was very rude to my wife after the sale. After buying over 20 cars from Herb's stores, I wrote Herb a letter telling him we would never set foot again based on the way my wife was treated. I have purchased six cars elsewhere since then, and have never stepped into one of Herb's stores. Yesterday due to low supply (Covid-19) my wife wanted to stop in the Lincoln store in Norwood, as they had the car in the color she wanted. Good to their reputation, she was once again talked to in a rude and condescending way by Jeremy, the General Sales Manager. I agree each dealership has the right to put any value on a trade they want. When we told the salesperson how far off the trade value was from other dealerships, the response from Jeremy was "well if you buy a demo with lots of miles, in a color you don't want, I'll give you more for your trade". Yes, we took that to mean that we should go dumpster diving out back and see if there is anything else we want in order to get more our car. A simple and polite "I want to earn your business but just can't go any higher on the trade" would have sufficed. So we made a mistake giving Herb Chambers another chance. We left, went to another Lincoln dealer, bought a car, and got the real value for the trade. More

As a sales person myself I am highly critical of other sales people and how they approach their profession.....All that I can say is that Christine was a breath of fresh air, incredibly accommodating, very thorough from configuration to delivery including training on how to use my new Lincoln Nautilus. She made the entire process smooth and easy. If you want to buy a Lincoln (I love my Nautilus Reserve) run don't walk to work with Christine. More
