Ashely was great, but overall I am reminded again how terrible Kia service center is and why I do not want to buy another Kia. This is my 2nd visit since last May trying to get the same issue fixed. No one bothers to drive my car and understand the issues, we are churned and burned and you get us out the door . After having my car gone for 5 days my husband drove my car and said wow they really screwed you and did nothing but an oil change. More
