Great Dealer & Staff to Work With This was my first experience with a Subaru Dealer. My daughter and granddaughter were familiar with Subaru’s and insisted I go look at them. My sales associate Kevin McDougall was very helpful and patient as I test drove several models. I test drove the Outback Unlimited again before making my decision. After all the paperwork was completed, he took us around the dealership to all the different departments and introduced us to everyone. Very friendly place without all the super sales hype. I was impressed. I highly recommend the Tucson Subaru Dealership. More

Excellent service experience My 2015 Impreza was having some issue with releasing the key from the ignition. I called in and Tucson Subaru got me in right away. They gave me a loa My 2015 Impreza was having some issue with releasing the key from the ignition. I called in and Tucson Subaru got me in right away. They gave me a loaner free if chatge and replaced the shifter plate on my Impreza under warranty and in few hours. Very very happy, I even ended up leasing a new car while I was there :) More

Paint scratches I bought a brand new Subaru 2018 Forrester. The sales associate went to a list of options that Subaru does not provide standard. One of these opti I bought a brand new Subaru 2018 Forrester. The sales associate went to a list of options that Subaru does not provide standard. One of these options was a covering for the back bumper. The cost of the option was $100 and to put on was $50. I thought half the cost of the item to put on was excessive so I elected not to get the option. I bought two shelves that came in car boxes. I loaded them into the Forrester and drive them home when I took them out they were to paint scratches. It appears they only put one coat of paint on the bumpers. I called Tucson Subaru and told him what happened and they said bring the car and will take care of it. When I arrived they said oh no we do not fix paint scratches. This is despite their claim that the car is covered bumper-to-bumper for 35,000 miles. We finally came to an understanding that I would buy the bumper cover for $100 and they would not charge me the $50 to put on. I informed them that if they did not fix the paint scratches I would make this review . They seem not to care whether I did or not. I do not recommend this servicing department but since I have three magnets coming with my new Subaru I have no choice but to go here. What I would tell you to sign Subaru buyers is to negotiate the bumper cover as part of your purchase price . I really think in retrospect that the back bumper cover is not something you can really have a car without so Subaru should not make it an option should be standard More

The Best Ever I’m a little ol lady. I’ve owned Hondas and another Subaru throughout the years via various dealerships. My sales rep was very patient and knowledg I’m a little ol lady. I’ve owned Hondas and another Subaru throughout the years via various dealerships. My sales rep was very patient and knowledgeable about the various models and.features. I was much at ease with him while test driving. He even went out of the way to find a special Forester model with safety features to fit my budget. I’ve put over 100 miles on this car within two days and love driving it. He did not play games with me like other car salesmen I have had. I was not ready to commit and asked if I may test drive this vehicle again even though it was very late in the day. He said OK. His enthusiasm about the safety features was contagious. That final test drive convinced me that I was about to own the most attractive, fun to drive and SAFE vehicle on the road. After all the paperwork was signed he paired my iPhone, set my favorite country station and explained how the the basics work. Even though it was very late at night he offered for me to come back the next day with more questions. I came back and he answered them. I have had my previous Cross trek serviced at Tucson Subaru and the service was friendly and excellent. The finance rep was also friendly, efficient and helpful. I gladly recommend this dealership to anyone who appreciates quality design and safety in their driving experience. More
