I brought my 328xi in for service last week for standard maintenance. Jim Hierl provided a NEW loaner car and contacted me 2 days later when the work was complete. Maintenance work was performed and to my maintenance. Jim Hierl provided a NEW loaner car and contacted me 2 days later when the work was complete. Maintenance work was performed and to my surprise he also had a broken console latch repaired, which now keeps my center console cover closed! ALL FREE of CHARGE!!!! He had a dealership worker deliver my car to my home and take back the loaner car. Door-to-Door service! I can not thank Jim and the team at Flemington, NJ BMW enough for impeccable and exemplary customer service. I would never consider visiting any other BMW dealership! Thanks Jim!!!! Dave More

Horrible experience. Brand new BMW x7 paid for 85k is in the workshop just after 6 weeks. Over 5 days and still not clear what the problem is. Google says several people having the same issue. Absolutely pathetic. I was told Byron shall call after his day off (while I was towing my car on my day off) but he never did. So much role modeling for customer focus. We had to change all our Thanksgiving plans as the loaner given is a small car and we cannot drive as a family as planned for Thanksgiving. Horrible More
