The service department was open to a walk up request to check for existing emissions or safety recalls that might apply to the 2020 MDX we were in the process of purchasing. Second, they kindly took photos of the defective and peeling white paint on our 2014 MDX and planned to submit the request for assistance to client services. Had bought a vehicle here before and had great experience - Sales was still a great experience - Finance experience when we decided not to purchase warranty, was poor - The tone of the room was cold and my w - Sales was still a great experience - Finance experience when we decided not to purchase warranty, was poor - The tone of the room was cold and my wife said she felt super uncomfortable as well - As soon as we declined the 6k warranty the mood and tone of the room changed - honestly ruined the experience - I have since gotten multiple calls to add the warranty. Unfortunately, I am in need of another vehicle currently and this experience will deter me from searching for a vehicle at your dealership and having to deal with your finance guys. More
