Most of them worked locally and I believed that nothing was better, until we drove a 2017 Ford Explorer and realized what we'd been missing for years. My Explorer is superior to any GM vehicle I ever owned. Most of which I ordered new. I won't be going back to GM. I'm now Ford 4 Life.. Klaben's customer service is superior to any dealership in the area it's the little things they do that make a difference. We had to have the hood replaced due to a defect in the metal and The Body Shop not only replace the hood but detailed the car in/out. When my wife picked it up she was shocked because that has never happened to us before. We got an oil change and when they were done they washed it. Very unexpected but appreciated We've never had this level of customer service with any dealership and I've dealt with many in the area Martin Chevrolet, Greenwood Chevrolet, Wollam Chevrolet, J. D. Banks Chevrolet and Harmon Chevrolet. Always a different dealership because there's no difference between any of them the service was the same, basic. More than worth the trip! I am in the process of moving to Quebec from Texas and suddenly realised I needed a Quebec sized car. Klaben Ford was recommended to me by a friend an I am in the process of moving to Quebec from Texas and suddenly realised I needed a Quebec sized car. Klaben Ford was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad they were. I flew from Burlington to Cleveland and drove my new car back home with not problems. The people at Klaben Ford were great to work with and made travel arrangements as easy as possible. They even arranged for hand controls to be installed before I picked up my new car. Maybe I could have gone to a dealership in my neighbourhood, but I do not think I would have had as great an experience as I did with Klaben Ford. Wherever I am in the world, I will still consider working with them first on my next purchase. More
