This was my first time buying a car without a parent or knowing the salesperson. It was like Joe and Sandy were my family and they made sure I got what I wanted and at the best price. Was probably the mos knowing the salesperson. It was like Joe and Sandy were my family and they made sure I got what I wanted and at the best price. Was probably the most comfortable experience to buying a car I could ask for. Joe was always responsive even on his days off. I’ve bought 4 vehicle here since December, Joe is a pleasure to work with , Cool Springs has a great streamline process for buy & closing deals, as a business owner I don’t have the time for the old Sc pleasure to work with , Cool Springs has a great streamline process for buy & closing deals, as a business owner I don’t have the time for the old School 3 to 4 hr buying process. I do hope the service department gets it together, I buy from Coolsprings and get my service from Columbia their rapid oil changes sold me! More
