In this difficult time of limited vehicles availability staff of Oakbrook Toyota provided me with a very pleasant buying experience. Starting with initial call, answered by Crystal, then referring me to Mustafa, and Mustafa doing his magic with Zubair, was something unusual, considering how undefined was the expectation of a new preordered car. But the eventual outcome was nothing short of miracle. The vehicle I was offered was closer to my initial expectations than the one I initially placed the down payment for. When I was told it would take one afternoon to finalize what I was waiting and hoping for more than a month, was a pure blessing. The communication of everybody at the dealership was highly professional and very customer oriented. Greg Zay processed financing amazingly fast. My vehicle was delivered the next day after the purchase with all extras I ordered including remote starter and Xylon coverage. Every little detail was explained more than once and assistance from Brian Sears was amazing. The last proof of great service was delivered today by Leo Sayenko who went out of his way to help me resolve the confusion with one of the vehicle's functionalities.
