Very impressive to me considering they own the place. Their sales staff is second to none! My 1st purchase was a Dodge when Tom ran that business. However, Daimler bought Chrysler and quality went in the tank! Tom sold the business and moved onto Chevy. My experience was so good, I followed him to Chevy. Now that's all I'll lease. In fact within a couple of years I'll be leasing an SUV from them. I've also been fortunate to only deal with 2 salesman. Eddie Cox, not a big fan, but he knew the business and I respected him (retired now). Ever since, Dave Mattice. Highly recommend you ask for him, although, knowing Tom, you probably cant go wrong with any sales staff. Dave Mattice, ask for him, tell Jim Conlen sent you. Finally, if you have a chance to meet Tom and Joel, please do. They're nothing but honest, fair and consummate professionals! I love them so much, I'll just stop in to say hello. By the way their finance guy, Lou Germano, top notch. Hopefully he's your finance guy. More

Quality Driven needs Roadside assistance. Simply awful! Purchased a vehicle on Aug 1, 2016. Took over 15 months to finally have my car brought in only to be lied to about what was done. Thought the aftercare and extra insurance on the interior and exterior would be wise, in hindsight it was merely a waste of thousands of dollars and requests ignored by the original salesman Gene Gardy, then Mike Demers took a crack at making things happen but that was clearly FUBAR and what I requested be done was not touched at all. They never did anything inside the car except leave an empty weed baggy on the floor! Cigarette burn on my leather still not repaired. Rims never done because the little reflective stickers were never touched...so I contacted Chevrolet who tells me to work something out with the dealership...after two years I am still being ignored and I have sent a direct message to Joel DeNooyer who has also chosen to ignore communication. I'm filing a contract dispute in Albany County Court and serving all three by name as well as Denooyer Chevrolet. I will be seeking the additional money that I was charged and financed that THIS dealership chose to ignore. Two years later and with the % that I've also had to pay for. At this point I do not trust this dealership with my vehicle and refuse to bring it there even with a promise to make it right! Two years is two years too long. You lost any repeat business, you lost my respect as a business, and you've lost my respect as the honest family businessman you perpetrate to the public. Joel DeNooyer clearly does not care for his cars once he sells them, nor the customer. Quality Driven...into a ditch. What a disgrace. More

Great service. Chris was very accommodating in trying to find a 2018 model with the options I wanted. When he could not find one, we ordered a 2019. The new vehicle Chris was very accommodating in trying to find a 2018 model with the options I wanted. When he could not find one, we ordered a 2019. The new vehicle came in but the factory left out an important package. Joel apologized and since I did not have a trade-in, let me take the new car that did arrive to use while waiting for a new order. Everyone was very apologetic for the mix-up and eager to help. Chris worked his magic when it came to paying for the vehicle. Way to go! More
