John is talking with my husband on this. This is my first experience with John, he is very absent minded that day, I have to repeat a couple times on issues e.g. My car was service at Baltimore because my daughter does not have time to come back to New York, pending work that was not done due to no parts when I was there before.... My concern was not that much about John but rather your technician S Scalone for recommending work to be done without checking it out first, to claim my brake fluid is dirty is unacceptable, because he apparently did not even look at my car, simply put out recommendation without doing any inspection. Serious issue! We have been with you for so many years, this act makes me doubt your work over the years. I called your service manager and left message, it's a disappointing in his none enthusiastic in learning the problem. Now I can see why you lost so many good sales representative. I'm very happy with Joseph whom I trust in not only his integrity and also his consistency.

Yes, we have received a refund for the unnecessary done on my car. However as a concern consumer, i believe i should share this experience with others. If i was not filing my receipt, i will never know what happened, nor do I believe you will contact us of this mistake. Key concern is the integrity of your certified technician recommend work to be done WITHOUT even check the history nor my car and claimed that my brake fluid is dirty, this kind of false action is not acceptable. Appreciate that you take action to resolve it but it is after we pursuit with Mercede USA and this web site which force you to take action which is bit late. As a law binding citizen, I believe consumer has the right to know what happened to alert them to check their history before simply trust the dealer like I did. Not to say your dealership is bad overall, just one bad apple spoil the crop. Thanks.
