This dealer returned my car after service with a mismatched hubcap on one of the tires. They did not admit fault, even though their video clearly showed that I brought the car in with 4 matching hub mismatched hubcap on one of the tires. They did not admit fault, even though their video clearly showed that I brought the car in with 4 matching hubcaps. They offered to order a new one for me, but when the part came it was only the center cap. I waited about a month for the correct part, and was given a full set of hubcaps, but without any center caps. They did not offer to install the new hubcap. This cost me quite a few hours of my time trying to resolve the issue, which was never resolved to my satisfaction. More

I recently had fantastic service from Hawk Ford. I scheduled a 40,000 maint review. They did the inspection and called me to say “all good, nothing needed.” Literally zero oversell! Everything went fine on purchasing the new Maverick. Ford needs to update a Q code in bed of the truck. It takes you to a video that shows something not on my truck.
