Kudos to Clint, JD and Derek for one of the most amazing car buying experiences I've ever had. My experience started off a little rough but once JD got involved, everything turned around. Clint did a wonder car buying experiences I've ever had. My experience started off a little rough but once JD got involved, everything turned around. Clint did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome and sharing his knowledge about the Dodge Durango we were looking to purchase. He showed tremendous patience and took great care of us. JD was one of the friendliest, down to earth and professional managers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He worked with us to get a good deal and explained everything as we went along. Absolutely the best! I also loved working with Derek, the finance manager. He also made us feel right at home. While signing all the paperwork we got to share some great fishing stories with him and Hunter, learned about a few good fishing spots close by and learned a few things about their awesome service. This was my first experience buying a vehicle in a small town and I will never go back to the big city again! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience and I hope to see you out on a lake fishing! :) More

Long Story Short - I ordered a 2022 RAM 3500. The ordering process was extremely easy. Upon delivery, Savannah did a great job explaining the technology and many featured of my new truck. Then, The ordering process was extremely easy. Upon delivery, Savannah did a great job explaining the technology and many featured of my new truck. Then, I can't say enough about JD Taylor. He went out of his way to help me out in a tough situation. Finding out that the keys had been stolen from the train car in Mexico, severely delaying delivery, he was able to get me into a loaner vehicle with 5th wheel hookup so I could complete my military transfer from Jacksonville to Pensacola. With a lot of unknowns as to what was happening, he worked his tale off trying to get answers from the port and finally got my truck rekeyed and delivered. This was a great leasing experience from start to finish. Everybody on the Murray team was professional, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and made this a seamless and easy experience.
