Jaqueline is always so kind and helpful in writing up the paperwork. Angie is so wonderful and always makes checkout so easy. Chris was not there, but when he is, he is always so helpful in understanding my needs and explaining every detail of the service and what will be needed next. I am so glad I purchased my Impala from Colonial West. Service and Sales are exceptional. I only wish GM would continue to make the Impala with the large-size engine or maybe put a larger engine in the Malibu. More
