First, Shelly is a Godsend as she understands my needs and time constraints. She ensures the service I need is done when I need it. She has such a beautiful personality and is always there to help. She is a perfect fit for her role as good customer service is so important and she is excellent at it. I was dropping my car off for service the next morning and asked Edison to keep it in the garage overnight. He took it in the garage. A little while later my driver-side mirror was already replaced. Jaqueline is always so kind and helpful in writing up the paperwork. Angie is so wonderful and always makes checkout so easy. Chris was not there, but when he is, he is always so helpful in understanding my needs and explaining every detail of the service and what will be needed next. I am so glad I purchased my Impala from Colonial West. Service and Sales are exceptional. I only wish GM would continue to make the Impala with the large-size engine or maybe put a larger engine in the Malibu. More
