After obtaining more information about the car, I did some research on the market value of the specs of this car and followed up with him with an offer. His reply was curt and unprofessional, passively suggesting I was ignorant. Perhaps my offer was low but that's why you negotiate, right? There's too much inventory of (and too many other BMW dealers offering) the particular car I'm looking for to make it worth working with someone so rude. More

He was a pleasure to work with and is always available for any questions. As for the rest of the dealership, it is kept clean and has all of the comforts you would expect. The staff were great from the genius Nate through the sales manager Jared to the finance manager Mike. I'm looking forward to enjoying my M3 and working with the service staff to keep it perfect. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in aquiring a new BMW. More

Initially, the conversation was not that good, but later on it was really good. I had one small issue with my lease agreement, the model number of my car was not listed correct. But, that was corrected next day when i pointed that out. Overall, i was satisfied with my buying experience. I will recommend this dealership to my friends. Good Job John. More

John Redden was great to work with and always e-mailed or called promptly whenever I had questions or needed additional info. He even drove to the Audi dealership to pick me up after I dropped off my leased car. There were no surprises with the transaction and no undue pressure from Mike in Finance to purchase any add-ons that weren't needed. I would highly recommend working with this dealership and I would do so again even though this was a 2 hour drive for me to get there from Columbus. More
