I wanted to explore certified pre-owned vehicles and John patiently helped me go through what was available in my price range until we found the perfect car for me. When one wasn't right he'd say "Ok, that's not the car for you. Let's keep looking." This was also my first car buying experience as a single woman. My dad and then my ex-husband always took care of such things. I did not receive a HINT of sexism or anyone speaking down to me. I was treated with respect by everyone at the dealership, and I got a great deal. I know I was not taken advantage of. Justin the genius showed me how to use everything, and I will probably go back for another visit to dig even deeper into what the car can do. And Brittany in service...I don't know how many times I've called her with questions since the purchase. She patiently walks me through the solution every time. My dad passed away last year and it was from his trust that I purchased the car. John reminded me of my dad, and I know my dad would approve of the car, price, and experience. There is no doubt I will be buying another BMW from John at Westlake in the future. It's a wonderful place with great people. More
