When we decided to upgrade to the 2018 Ford Focus Titanium from our 2015 Focus SE model, it was difficult to let go of an excellent vehicle. Dealing with Mike Urbania was a pleasure and comforting. His product knowledge, professional approach and interest in the customer was much appreciated. My follow-up visit with a different Ford vehicle for service work produced the same level of appreciation and satisfaction. John Renier of the service approach the situation in an extremely friendly manner, while providing updates of the work being performed. I may be a new customer of Klaben of Warren, but I'm already impressed. More
