John Settineri was an excellent sales rep. ..never pushy, never "sales-y", just very straightforward, factual, and professional all in a good way. I talked to John over months, as I was not really a hot, ready-to-buy customer, and he properly just occasionally reached out to see if I was interested...again, never in a manner that was too much, just occasionally...until it just so happens that everything aligned just right, with a good, negotiated price on a car optioned exactly as I wanted that arrived on the lot. From there, the negotiation and final price was again very up front and straightforward. Also nice words for Johnny Poole for the finalized negotiation, and Travis Holtzclaw. At the time of this posting, the dealership was very busy on the weekend with a lot of interested customers, so if you go on a Saturday, I would plan appropriately regarding time. Overall, I would have to rate this purchase as the best car buying/transaction experience I've had in the past 40 years...the previous ones being from non-Subaru dealerships; this is my first Subaru purchase ever. More

I worked with John Settineri regarding my purchase. I warned John I was probably not going to buy a car, that I was "just looking". And, at one point, when a car appeared configured exactly as I would have wanted, I decided to go for it; we negotiated a good, fair deal. This dealership is top notch from start to finish! I started an inquiry online and salesman, Ralph Kurland reached out to me. Pretty much had everything taken care of before our appointment we made. ** TOTAL LACK ** of attention to detail. I gave specific requests/instructions to the sale Rep -- RALPH -- to "add a Trailer Hitch, and Do NOT active Starlink" (aka On-Star), and he com I gave specific requests/instructions to the sale Rep -- RALPH -- to "add a Trailer Hitch, and Do NOT active Starlink" (aka On-Star), and he completely screwed everything up. Even though I told him several times about the hitch, and followed up twice (he told me it was on order both times, and then later recanted via text message)...he completely dropped the ball. He forgot to add the cost of the hitch to the car, and then asked for my credit card for the $985 to fix his mistake! (I'm not even counting the fact that Ralph failed to relay to the financial officer the terms of the agreemnt for the car. Had I not read the contracts, I would have been forced to pay MORE that the terms agreed upon -- Again -- LACK OF DETAL). Additionally, we also had a whole discussion as to why I didn't want Starlink...Ralph dropped the ball on that one too. About a week later, I get notified that Starlink was activated, which I then had to spend HOURS of my life trying to fix. I have no explaination why he didn't make sure my instructions were followed....just a shrudge of his shoulders and said...well, basically, nothing. He should have followed up and made SURE my instructions were forwarded to whomever activates Starlink. Ralph has NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL and NO follow-up/through!! The dealership lost two stars over two mistakes, and one more for the hastle of FIXING THEM out of my pocket finacially or with the hours of my life with customer support. None of this would have happend had they simply LISTENED to their customer. Also, I am giving a "POOR" to the "How would you rate the dealership's explanation of final vehicle pricing?" below because they didn't add the cost of the hitch to the financing, and had the wrong terms written that had to be corrected at the time of signing. To be clear, I had to eat the cost of the hitch on my credit card. NOT OKAY! In my opinion, they should have credited me the cost of the Starlink ($100 that was wrapped into the cost of the car...without my permission, I might add) toward the cost of the hitch. They REFUSED when asked. NOT HAPPY! More

Travis is the main reason I purchased a forester today. I just came in to look to see if they had a forester and luckily they had a NEW one! From what I was told, they are extremely hard to get right now w I just came in to look to see if they had a forester and luckily they had a NEW one! From what I was told, they are extremely hard to get right now without waiting 12-14 weeks. He was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. He was not pushy nor aggressive, which made the process so much more enjoyable. He even stayed 30 minutes with me to go over everything and made sure I was familiar with the car before I left. The staff is wonderful, and the Sales Manager even came over to talk to me for a while. I will definitely be back to purchase another one. I recommend you purchase your car from Travis. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Subaru of Kennesaw! More

I only half considered that we could make a deal for a new car. My 2018 Outback had nearly 120000 Michigan/Ohio miles on it. The maintenance was due and with repairs and tiresI was looking at about $2,000.00. I decided to stop in at Subaru of Kennesaw. Within 1 hour I had a fair trade worked out and drove out in a Outback Wilderness. While we waited for paperwork processing, Travis and I passed his guitar back and forth for a bit and played some music. This is my second Subaru and I can't imagine owning a car by another manufacturer. More
