We have been bringing our Impreza models for service to Chuck Dziak's undoubtedly Rock Star Service Team for years, and this is our 1st Subi (our 4th, overall) that we purchased from the Gerald Family. And boy, Kelly Thomas sure did make it special!!! She was amazing with her information gathering and follow-ups prior hand, and on the "day of truth" she certainly did delivered her very best making the whole experience fun and one-of-a-kind for us.
