Betsy was wonderful teaching me about all of the features on my Crosstrek. She kept it interesting, and didn't make me feel bad, for asking her probably dumb questions. I had such a wonderful experience with everyone I interacted with at Falcone. They made my first car-buying experience so smooth and answer all of the questions I had. Justin was so knowledgeable abo interacted with at Falcone. They made my first car-buying experience so smooth and answer all of the questions I had. Justin was so knowledgeable about the purchasing process and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision and did not try to sway me in a direction I didn't want to go in. Doing my Love-Encore follow-up with Betsy was such a good refresher on the technology of the car. And she showed me lots of tips and tricks that I wouldn't have thought of that will keep me safe. I highly recommend going to Falcone! More

Betsy Taylor hit a grand slam homerun! Betsy for the entire 1.5 hours was very patient in going thru all of the bells and whistles of our new 2020 Forester. Much of the material was new to Betsy for the entire 1.5 hours was very patient in going thru all of the bells and whistles of our new 2020 Forester. Much of the material was new to us even though we had owned a 2016 Forester. She made sure we had a grasp of the knowledge and welcomed questions.
