Lois, Thank you for your review and kind words about Bobby. It is possible that your Cadillac is covered by the old program and we are in error. Several years ago Cadillac offered complimentary maintenence with new vehicle purchases. However, they did change the program to the first maintenance only (with new purchases) in more recent years. Also, both Ron Carter & Big Star offer(ed) prepaid maintenance programs that may have felt as if oil-changes were free. In either case, we would like to get this cleared up to ensure that we are billing the correct party.
