Juan is a poor communicator. He told me it would be 1 hour maximum one and a 1/2 hours well over 2 hours. I seen my truck up at the top. I purchased a new 2025 Chevy Trax on Friday, and by Saturday night, I found myself on the side of a dark road calling for roadside assistance due to transmission issues. I understand that the dealership and staff have little control over the quality control inspections before the vehicles are placed on the sales floor. However, I do expect management to reach out with a phone call—not a text—to assure me that my situation will be resolved and to show genuine concern for my experience. I left a voicemail for the service manager and sent an email to the General Manager, as he instructed me to do in his response to my Google review (I believe he only replied for public relations reasons). After having my car in the shop for over a week, I have not received any phone calls regarding an update. I would like to acknowledge that Juan from the service department did his best to communicate with me and was transparent from the beginning. Because of his efforts, I am still holding onto some faith in Chevy and GM brands. More

Very unsatified with the service I received from Mark Christopher Chevrolet. They were not friendly. They took a long time to figure what was wrong with my car. Once it was finally fixed, I had to take it back the following week for a noise it was making. They had it all day and did not figure out what was wrong with it. I ended up taking it to M.K. Smith. Not only was it fixed but it only took the morning and it was done. More

I had to return the vehicle and borrow a loaner car. Edgar and the Sales Manger did a great job of jumping in to help me out after hours when the tire was losing air. More
