We stayed in touch over the years and he knew I always wanted an S3. One day, I was in for servicing and fretting over the issues my used car had and he suggested purchasing a new vehicle when I was ready. Fast forward three years and Audi came out with a completely revamped S3, so I asked him to place an order for one. Eight months later, the vehicle arrived and Atanas wasted no time in getting the vehicle and the admin stuff ready. The whole staff at the dealership was awesome and made sure everything with the trade-in and financing went smoothly. I was in and out in about two hours! I'm someone who highly values customer service quality, so as long as I stay with Audi, I'll be maintaining a relationship with Atanas and Audi Silver Spring. More
