Paul, the service manager and his team did an amazing job on my 2018 Outlander. I had been told by my local mechanic that Mitsubishi was no longer making the parts I needed to maintain my vehicle and when I on my 2018 Outlander. I had been told by my local mechanic that Mitsubishi was no longer making the parts I needed to maintain my vehicle and when I phoned Paul he called me back in less than 10 minutes said they had the parts in stock and could install everything the very next day. This is an outstanding dealership with an amazing service department. I highly recommend them. I live in Ventura, which is approximately 48 miles away from this dealership, but I will be taking all of my needs for my vehicle to Universal Mitsubishi from now on. More
