No pushy salesperson crapolla: he asked questions, listened to what I said, then gave me a no BS pros and cons until we worked down to the right car for me. He was there for me every step of the way, making sure I was 100% satisfied with the vehicle I chose. A special shout out to Justice Goodner! Finance paperwork and customizing additional options is slow and boring, but he brought life to an otherwise dull and tedious process. And Justice knows his stuff! He gave direct answers to every question I had, and went into detail when I didn't understand something. All of this while keeping up a great conversation about all kinds of subjects, from my work to our families to the idiosyncrasies of modern relationships! I left his office with all the knowledge I need to take full advantage of the luxury that comes from buying a new car and happy to have signed on the dotted line! The whole team here was friendly and involved in the process. I didn't see or sense any sort of competition between salespeople nor any friction between Sales and Finance, which is vanishingly rare these days. That alone speaks volumes about the climate they foster, and it helps create a relaxed environment for customers. Overall, 10/10, will definitely be returning for my next car or truck! More
