Frustrating first I was told the inspection fee would be about $100 on phone then told at the dealer it was actually closer to $200. Then my info on the computer was a mess with my car listed under another about $100 on phone then told at the dealer it was actually closer to $200. Then my info on the computer was a mess with my car listed under another customers name resulting in me waiting for news on the inspection for over 3hr. Once tech finally got to me site was close to closing and they could not get warranty info due to my warranty coverage being listed incorrectly. Had to call back 2 days later after no news on my warranty coverage to find out the tech I was working with did not work there anymore. 4 phone calls later and run around to different people till I could get ahold of someone I could work with and now it’s been 5 days and I’m still awaiting info on my warranty coverage. More

I had a wonderful 10k mile tune up! It was a very busy Saturday but the lobby was very comfortable with great seating options, plenty of drink options and hot popcorn! Went in for 15,000 mile oil change on 2024 Rav. Should not of been a charge. Was told I needed an alignment and tech quickly showed me the printout (car was barely a year old!). When I inquired how Should not of been a charge. Was told I needed an alignment and tech quickly showed me the printout (car was barely a year old!). When I inquired how much he said $150 for the alignment and entire balance was $80. I assumed that meant I was given a discount for either going back to certified dealer or where the car was purchased. Went to pay and the total was $271. When I questioned why it's because I was charged $150 for an alignment and another $80. When I questioned why I was told it was labor and taxes. Tech claims he said tire balance (as in mount and balance because they took the tires off). Im apparently at fault for not understanding what he said and signed off on it anyways. I would not recommend working with someone who talks fast, waves papers around for you to look at quickly and then pushes you to sign. Plus after all that, I didnt even get a complimentary car wash! More
