Based on my follow-up with Steve I'm hoping my experience was a one off and they will amend their practices going forward. I'd give them another chance because of Steve and Frank. Management displays unwillingness to logistically help the customer, home delivery is a false promise, and the general lack of trust is immense. Guaranteed bank checks are not accepted here without a litany of hoops, both because they don’t trust you and because they’d rather you finance in house to bump their profit. They lost my title paperwork and had nightmares with them trying to find it, when I tried to communicate with the dealer that they fudged my paperwork they hung up on me and would not correct their mistake. Didn’t get a title (on a car that wasn’t financed with them) for 6 months. Frank is the efficient, knowledgeable and friendly go-to guy. That’s all they have to offer. Karl in management is the root cause of this poor experience. More

Everyone is beyond helpful and courteous. You can’t ask for a better dealership to work with!!! Paige (the finance manager) was extremely helpful and professional, yet still cracked jokes and You can’t ask for a better dealership to work with!!! Paige (the finance manager) was extremely helpful and professional, yet still cracked jokes and included my son (he is 9) with the process of buying a vehicle. She even went out of her way to help me set up my iPhone with the car. Karl (the used car manager) also went out of his way to make sure my deal went off without a hitch.
