The service department at rallye is the worst service department we have ever dealt with. For a “Mercedes Benz dealership” that claims to be the top of the line in customer satisfaction and luxury extr department we have ever dealt with. For a “Mercedes Benz dealership” that claims to be the top of the line in customer satisfaction and luxury extremely dissatisfied. Requested a quote AND what was needed BEFORE any work was done, and received an email quote AFTER receiving THE xxxx BILL FOR SERVICE PERFORMED!!! This is not the first time “shady” business practices have been used at this service location. Constant upselling, unnecessary and unneeded “service repairs” and flat out taking advantage of an elderly person who is not car savvy. Saying we have serviced your account numerous times and always provide what is needed is a flat out lie. You have serviced your pockets that is for sure. On top of that rob carlson might the rudest least helpful “service representative” ever. Service is literally in the first word of your job title, so please serve your clientele. After leasing roughly 10 Mercedes from rallye, we will be using another Mercedes dealership and service department after this lease ends. Again very disappointed in every aspect of this (and previous) experiences with this service department More
