I submit this review to convey my great satisfaction with the level of service I consistently receive from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) subsidiary. I would like to recognize Service Specialist Keith Davis with the level of service I consistently receive from the Acura of Berlin(AOB) subsidiary. I would like to recognize Service Specialist Keith Davis and Service Associates Matthew and Mage. Associate Matthew efficiently handled my call to arrange my service appointment for my 2006 RL where I had several fluid change services(Differential, Transmission, Radiator and Oil) performed. I appreciated Service Specialist Keith Davis’s input (he checked service history for this vehicle) to explain why my request for these services were timely to ensure that my car was well maintained. He also introduced me to Service Associate Mage, who was very personable, as he took my car into(and later out of) the service garage area. Keith also arranged and provided me with a video inspection so that I could see the condition of the undercarriage as well as the status of several key maintenance areas. I really appreciated having this detailed narrated video inspection video so I could review it in the future. It is a great benefit that is offered by Acura of Berlin and their Service Department. I was impressed after completion of the service. I appreciated the efforts of Keith, Matthew, and Mage that day to make my service as seamless as possible. More
