Your service advisor Dane has been a blessing ever since I started bringing my 2013 Acura RDX into your dealership for repairs and maintenance. He and the other great men and women at your dealership have been so kind to me and have always left me with a smile knowing my car is safe abd taken care of. Sadly, I’m leaving for California in two days and I sure will miss coming in for my oil changes and general maintenance at your dealership and I want you to know that throughout all my life of driving I’ve never been treated as awesomely as I have by Dane and everyone else at your dealership, so thank you so very much for give me the greatest Experience I’ve ever had at a dealership for vehicle maintenance, etc. You guys are xxxxing awesome 👏 😀😎!!!!! There’s been quite a few changes since I brought my first Honda in for service all those years ago. I miss calling in to make an appointment and talking to someone I know. I have been bringing my Acura to your dealership for two years, and I’ve got to say I have never had such a great experience in my life with any dealership like I have yours. Your service people are the mos years, and I’ve got to say I have never had such a great experience in my life with any dealership like I have yours. Your service people are the most compassionate, , caring and professional people I’ve ever met. I am currently relocating to California and I had a bad tensioner in my car that needed to be repaired before I left. I barely had enough money for any kind of repair. I made the mistake of buying an aftermarket timing belt kit from AutoZone and your dealership was nice enough to put it in for me and gave me a discount on the labor to help me out. Well, unfortunately, when they started the car, they found that the tensioner that I had bought with the timing belt kit was bad. I went ahead and bought a Honda tensioner and once again your dealership gave me a discount on labor.🙂🙂 I thought to myself these guys are gonna do this for me not just once but twice?? How awesome is that? There are no words to express how thankful and grateful I am to your service advisors, management, and dealership. More

The service center was great! My problem is with the Luther company. Prior to buying my CR-V, I was a St Cloud Toyota customer. I had free oil changes for 2 years including tire My problem is with the Luther company. Prior to buying my CR-V, I was a St Cloud Toyota customer. I had free oil changes for 2 years including tire rotations. All Luther gives you is a discount on gas and car washes tied to only Holiday gas stations! I can get this by buying fundraising cards from school kids for $20.00! There were no incentives when buying my car in the first place either. Why would I be a loyal customer in the future? More
