Then when I got there for my appointment Cheryl Cooper made the whole purchase WAY easier then I could have hoped for ! There were a Bazzillion cars to pick from had I needed to, but the one I had been helped with was waiting for me on the floor when we got there - and Cheryl was so helpful showing me around what I bought ! To top it all off -- I actually purchased my Soul for less then I expected to !!! GREAT Experience!! The other relief was that there was NO sales pressure - AT ALL !!! More

I never felt rushed and he was patient with all my questions and took time to ask me questions about my self and my family which helped him understand more what he could offer me that would make sense. He took his time at the end even though it was closing time, to help me understand my new Optima to ensure I knew how to use everything inside the vehicle before hitting the road. Pricing at Kia has always been good, with advertised discounts up front. Very minimal "let me check with my manager" stuff like most of us get at other dealerships. Justin in Finance has helped us with the purchase of two Sorrento's. He is also knowledgeable, not aggressive with signing you up for things you don't need and he is extremely efficient! Additionally, Keith Sutton in the Service Department is one of the reasons we decided to go with another Sorrento. He is knowledgeable, accommodating, professional and friendly.
