How purchasing a car should always be. I have never had a positive car shopping experience until I went to Honda of the Avenues and had the pleasure of working with Kent. Kent was friendly, I have never had a positive car shopping experience until I went to Honda of the Avenues and had the pleasure of working with Kent. Kent was friendly, but not pushy. He listened to my wishes and concerns and came back with an offer that was best for my family. Kent worked hard to make a deal that would satisfy all parties. If you get the chance to work with Sam during the conclusion of your purchase experience, you are going to find that no other Honda dealership in town can compare to the customer service that you will receive here. Sam was exceptional and had a great sense of humor. I felt confident at the end of my purchase that not only did I get the perfect vehicle, but I had people who made sure it was the right fit for me as well. More

Service Representative Josh Stodel at Honda of Avenues is on “speed dial” due to his outstanding customer service. Service and reliability is the reason to buy a Honda. Mr. Stodel epitomizes service and reliability. If Honda of the Avenues encounters a problem or err, you can rely upon Mr. Stodel to be reliable AND HONEST in fixing the issue. Tim Peeler is the General Manager, who will work through sales persons (like Kent Alexander) to make a best offer. It is still a business and they need to make a profit, but are willing to negotiate for reasonable deal. More
