Wouldn’t honor the new car service agreement, which covers oil changes for 2 years. Despite being more than 5 months since my previous oil change, despite being over 5k miles since my last change, the covers oil changes for 2 years. Despite being more than 5 months since my previous oil change, despite being over 5k miles since my last change, the company wouldn’t honor Honda’s new car service agreement. They make up a new rule that you must be under 15% oil life. Well those things can be wrong. My system currently has an error message related to the driver assist that Honda couldn’t be fixed after leaving the car with Honda. Three Hondas in a row, four within my family, it will be our last ones. More

My mother went Friday to lease what I think is her 4th CRV, she could not praise the sales staff enough , her go to sales person has always been Kent Alexander (which I was with her when she was getting h CRV, she could not praise the sales staff enough , her go to sales person has always been Kent Alexander (which I was with her when she was getting her 3rd CRV and he is exceptional) but he was tied up with another customer so Brett Huey helped her out this time (although Kent checked in on her when he could) I was unable to be with her this time as I live in North Carolina but she did have a friend meet her there and she also witnessed the great service my mom received ..even though she is 87 (soon 88) years old she is still pretty independent but I still worry about her, so it is so refreshing there are still companies that I know I can trust to take care of my mom when one of her family members can not be with her. Also I have seen pictures of her new ride, love it.... the red fits her perfect. Thank you again Brett, Kent and all the others that helped with her lease. More
