Salesman Tyrone Melvin was very helpful with helping me find a new car. With the inventory shortage, every dealer I called just said “we don’t have any” but Tyrone went the extra mile to find the car I wa find a new car. Buying the car was like a conversation with a friend - Tyrone who was my salesperson began by explaining features of the automobile and easily accommodated my questions. After the test drive, we began the purchase process and, he continuously asked me questions about my requirements to ensure we stayed on point. He did those little things that distinguished him from the pushy salesperson that many of us have experienced. The bottom-line is an informed customer can make better decisions when purchasing a vehicle. In keeping with the process, he called me the following day to ask if I had any questions about my purchase. As well, we setup an appointment to better familiarize me with using the myriad of the vehicle’s features. More

James Harris was AMAZING! Being a first time buyer, and a woman, I have heard all of the horror stories about car buying and was so nervous to go out of my budget. James was SO patient in every step of the process and made it possible for me to drive away in a 2022 Hyundai Tucson, and ALL within my budget and with Exceptional customer service. From waiting with us on the phone for the State Farm agent for almost an hour, to taking us on more than three test drives of different cars, James made my car buying experience one that I will not forget. Antwerpen Hyundai of Catonsville definitely has my business, all thanks to James, Angel, Karon, Kevin and the team!
