The young lady Amanda ( I believe is her name) is a customer service assistant not a mechanic, yet she believes she should decide the type of service customers receive oppose to what the customer reque customer service assistant not a mechanic, yet she believes she should decide the type of service customers receive oppose to what the customer requests or affording the mechanic the opportunity to provide an overview and inform the customer of his or her findings. I spent a whole day in the service center when all I needed was for her to document my request and allow the mechanic to check out my complaint. She is also quite rude and needs to stay in her lane. At the end of my service, she (my opinion) comes to me to ask me to give them a good rating and not take the rating out on her. To me, she knew she was rude and was trying to cover herself so I wouldn't complain about her in particular. I let her know that I would be completing this survey and notating my experience. The other issue I encountered nearly cost me $500. Maintenance should do all they can to help save the customer money, not all they can do to cause more expenditure. More

MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED A HYUNDAI BECAUSE WE HAD AN INTELLIGENT DISCUSSION WITH EACH DEPARTMENT IN THE DEALERSHIP ABOUT BUYING AND FINANCING THE CAR. Anatasia M. (Sales) worked very very well with us, INTELLIGENT DISCUSSION WITH EACH DEPARTMENT IN THE DEALERSHIP ABOUT BUYING AND FINANCING THE CAR. Anatasia M. (Sales) worked very very well with us, exceptionally well versed on the differences in each model and very good at listening to what we said we were looking for. She discussed with us the pros and cons of each model and the realistic timeline of what was or would be in inventory to accommodate our timeline for a purchase. The positive attitude of the managers to work with us resulted in the very best coordination of new car sale, trade-in and financing that we have experienced at a dealership. What was also personalized was Anastacia and Demi taking the proper amount of time after the sale to review all the car's smart capabilities, technical points, as well as operating the electronic system. The process was seamless and not stressful at all. More

Anastasia helped me find my perfect car! The circumstances that brought be to the dealership were not ideal. I shouldn’t have to wait 3-5 days after I sign my paperwork for my car keys to be in my hand. The worst dealership ever.
