I spent a Thursday afternoon driving, negotiating, and buying a Pre-owned, Factory Certified, Forester Wilderness I'd been tracking online since before it even came onto the lot. This is my first Subaru buying a Pre-owned, Factory Certified, Forester Wilderness I'd been tracking online since before it even came onto the lot. This is my first Subaru vehicle. Friday I spent some amount of time running errands with it and learning some of its functions. Kevin McDougall was great not only at coaching me on vehicle functions during the test drive, but on sending me videos post-sale to answer questions about the many other bells and whistles engineers had built into this trim model. Saturday morning I went off trail at first light and headed into the desert below the Santa Ritas to the Florida Canyon trailhead. I met a couple of hikers coming off the trail who'd bought three Subarus over the last twenty years, all at Tucson Subaru. They raved about both the Subarus they'd owned and everyone they'd dealt with in Tucson. We joked about all the paperwork and warranty/service plans that followed financing decisions, but all agreed that Tucson Subaru offers friendly, honest, and professional service. Highly recommended. More
