I came in for an oil change at 12:30pm. By 1:40pm I got a call from customer service to tell me that two of my tires were in need of replacement. I agreed to the extre service and expected it to be done shortly. When by 2:45pm I had not heard back I went to my costumer service representative personally and asked what the problem was. I was told that it would take at least another half hour, when I asked why I found out that they hadn’t even started the process of exchanging the tires. 😠 I asked to talk to the supervisor who was very sorry and apologized. Since I had an appointment at 3:30pm I had to leave and asked to have the old tires put back on. As a courtesy the manger didn’t charge me for the oil change. This was not the first time that I had to wait hours just to find out that the service I had requested hadn’t even gotten started yet. I have very little spare time in my very busy life and cannot waste time waiting hours for a simple tire change. Needless to say I’m not happy with the service there and would not recommend it. More
