I have been in the automotive business for over 32 years. I have been ranked in the Pittsburgh Region for Top 10 Service Advisors for over 11 years with Ford Motor Company. I pride myself on great customer service, and will always be willing to go above and beyond to make sure each and every customer is happy. Brought my car in for “the works”, Kim Wolfram has been my service adviser for over 8 year and has alway been a pleasure to work with. My vehicle needed some additional work and Kim had all the figures as my service adviser for over 8 year and has alway been a pleasure to work with. My vehicle needed some additional work and Kim had all the figures as far as parts and labor and that they had the parts in stock when she brought me the news. Since I had to leave my vehicle till the following she got me a rental vehicle to use and I was on my way in a short time. She is the best! More

Kim Wolfram is in the perfect spot in the service department. She is the first person you see when you walk in the door. She was very nice and helpful as soon as I walked in.
