Excellent! People keep checking on us with good feedback on progress or anything that we needed. Not much more to add but the cleaning job on the car was far from perfect. I had booked service on line with all the things I needed done and checked out. I arrived and after a short time they said my car was ready. They did the recall work. However, none of the other work had bee done and checked out. I arrived and after a short time they said my car was ready. They did the recall work. However, none of the other work had been done. So I was there 3 hours later for a total of 4.5 hours and nothing was fixed. More

I drove 10 hours to look at a specific car I had been looking for online for over a year. I arranged a test drive for a Saturday morning. When my salesman, Dave, drove the car around that morning he looking for online for over a year. I arranged a test drive for a Saturday morning. When my salesman, Dave, drove the car around that morning he noticed the check engine light was on and put it in the shop to have it inspected. Going that extra mile to ensure everything was solid before I got there speaks volumes about this dealer. It wound up just being a bad spark plug, but that is one less thing I needed to worry about and gives me a level of comfort with my purchase. More

Extra Special Care!! I can't say enough nice things about my dealings with the Ferman BMW service center- I have been a long time customer (since it was Sunshine BMW 20 ye I can't say enough nice things about my dealings with the Ferman BMW service center- I have been a long time customer (since it was Sunshine BMW 20 years ago!!) and haven't really been happy with my dealings with the service department until recently- Now when I come in, I always ask for the same team- Orion Mancini on the intake/initial point of contact and Jamie Annese as my service advisor. The last few visits have been far superior- these two always go the extra mile to make sure that my questions are answered and all of my requests have been addressed. I was thinking of giving up and going elsewhere, but thanks to these two- I've decided to stay at Ferman. Thank you Orion and Jamie for a great experience!! You two are the BEST!!! PS- I always trust Kyle Silcox to find out what's REALLY wrong with my car!! More
